cannot set shipping methods
-
Hi there
When I try to save shipping method nothing is added to the shipping methods column?
I have looked at phpmyadmin and see the tables for this and it looks like they are saving but nothing appears in the column so I cannot add the prices
Any help gratefully received

the store is at store.shepherdsheart.org. There is the shipping rate of 8 pounds which was already there and I cannot seem to adjust.
Not sure what you mean here. Can you screenshot your zones for us?
Can’t see how to add screenshot? Basically I cannot add shipping method. When I click on the cross on the right of zone row I click on flat rate but nothing is added to shipping method column
Thanks
Jeremy
View the zone first and add a method from there?
Share screenshots with dropbox or any file sharing service.
Hi Mike – tried to add method from the view zone page but nothing was added. Not much point adding a screenshot yet as all it will show is empty method column ??
Thanks
Jeremy

Let’s rule out the possibility of a plugin conflict first. Try temporarily disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce. Then add a shipping method to a zone. If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable plugins until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
Okay it was a plugin. It was the Aelia currency switcher. You don’t by any chance know of an alternative currency switcher that will not effect shipping?
Thanks
Jeremy
I don’t have a preference on any currency switcher plugin. They all seem to cause problems at one point or another ??
That said, Aelia appears to be one of the better options. Perhaps try checking if there is a plugin update available, or check with the plugin authors about this.
Hey @bendov I just found out that you can use Aelia, but you have to set up the shipping methods BEFORE you activate Aelia. Worked for me.
@bendov, and to anyone who might need this information. The Aelia Currency Switcher works perfectly with WooCommerce 2.6, but it needs to be updated. We added compatibility with WC 2.6 in April 2016, while the version in the report is 3.9.3.160202 (this last figure is the release date), which is from February 2016. Updating the plugin to the latest version will solve any issue you might have with shipping.
As a further note, any issue related to Aelia products must be reported using our support portal. We don’t monitor this support forum, or any other support forum, and we won’t be able to provide assistance unless you contact us directly.
