follow/unfollow option

Hello,
i added to my site the option tracing assets, and i use the next plugin: https://codecanyon.net/item/follow-my-blog-post-wordpress-plugin/6107586
this working fine and there on each page over the site, but its not display on the apartments pages.someone can help how to display also on the apartment pages?
will great for any other idea for follow/unfollow apartments.
