Login Infinite Refresh & No Password Reset

Hello,

My site is https://www.kingtec-canada.com and when I try to login, the login page just refreshes.

WordFence is sending me an alert each time I try, letting me know that an Administrator is logging in.

I’ve tried disabling all plugins, removing the .htaccess, adding site definitions to wp-config, and clearing my browser cache/cookies.

I tried a password reset, to see what it would do, and received this error: Could not save password reset key to database.

Any help/support is greatly appreciated.
