Unable to Edit Home Page in Nile Theme

I have been running the site https://www.hypnotherapymarketingexpert.com for the past 18 months and now need to edit a small amount of information on the home page. The only problem is that the ability to edit has disappeared. Under the appearance section there is now no theme options selection for me to make changes.

The site does not have a static front page. If I select that option I get nothing appearing at a home page. I have tried disabling plugins but that does not appear to have worked.
