Reddle, like WordPress itself, is licensed under the GPL. This means that you’re free to make any changes to its design and code that you wish to. You are also free to change the credit in the footer. ??
You can make changes to Reddle’s header and background colours by navigating to Appearance > Customize > Colors in your WP Admin area.
If you’d like to make some more specific changes to the colour, then you can do so with CSS.
To add custom CSS, firstly set up a child theme or activate a custom CSS plugin. If you have Jetpack installed then you can enable its custom CSS module.
