Should every site be upgraded to WordPress 4.5.3?

  • Recently my WordPress 4.5.2 website has been attacked by malware and infected with virus. Very often, my website couldn’t be accessed because NOD antivirus didn’t allow access and Google Chrome either. My server’s technician tried to solve this problem for me and now it’s OKay. My question is should I upgrade it to WordPress 4.5.3? Thank you for your advice in advance.
