We have three forms that have all of a sudden started giving the same error message. Two forms have been in existence for a couple years and a new one was created yesterday. I’m in a bind as they all give the error message, “Please make sure to enable cookies and java”. When I’m logged into WordPress, everything functions properly.

We have checked settings in our browsers (both on MAC and PC) in (Safari, Firefox and Chrome) and all get the same error.

Is there anything I need to change?? The new form is for a wolf pup naming contest that started at midnight.

H-E-L-P. Hoping someone can provide some troubleshooting ideas…

  • Can you replicate the problem using the default theme with all other plugins deactivated?

I new to all this so I’m not sure what the default theme is. I tried using the “example” form in my list and received the same java/cookie error. See this page:

Our consultant is in a meeting and I’m getting pressure to fix to trying to troubleshoot until he can help….

I’m not sure what the default theme is

It is the Twenty Sixteen theme. It can be activated via Appearance -> Themes.

I got a text from the consultant and he instructed me to deactivate the WP Anitspam and that resolved the issues. ??
