Contact form using wrong title / URL

I am using the same contact form in different places. The problem is that I have tried to use [_post_id], [_post_title] and [_post_url] to differentiate the pages which recive contact requests from. I tested the contact forms and found that the emails sent from different contact forms show the same Contact form ID, Post title and URL. What is going on ?
