Try disabling sitemap Indexes.

If i would do this, is this effect on indexing my posts on search engines ?

No, it will be fine. You should only check Enable Sitemap Indexes if you have 50,000 URLs or more in your Sitemap or if the static file is larger than 10MB in size.

Thanks for your help but my site map has only 15 to 20 urls and file size only around 1 mb.
