Upgrade 2.5.2 Import Feed Problems

Previous version import feed worked perfectly. Upgrade broke import. That is it is interpreting the data feed incorrectly or differently. One problem I see is, reoccurring events are given a “end date” of the date of the import and “No end date” is not checked. This dumps all events to the import date.
