    I have a HTML site and I have done on page and off page SEO. If I convert it html to wordpress. Shall I lose back links?

    you need proper 301 redirects if the URLs changed

    Thanks for your suggestion. I shan’t url change but .html automatic delete. After that, 301 redirect ?

    You can append urls with .html in wp too (if you want to) through permalink settings or set 301 if .html will be absent
