Manual Order entry and shipping methods

Hi,

This was an issue in woo 2.5.5 and I note it is still happening in woo 2.6.1 .

When entering a manual order, you add the shipping line, and select the relevant shipping method.

I notice the order page does not show the shipping method only shows ‘shipping’. The admin orders page shows the customers shipping address and shows ‘via shipping’ rather than the correct way of showing the address details followed by ‘via shipping method’.

This also seems to have an effect on the customer and admin emails where the shipping line is missing from these emails, but the shipping cost/amount is correctly added to the Total.
