Photo Upload: "A theme or plugin compatibility issue"

Update.

The conflict is with the very popular forms plugin ninja forms. Given that there are over 500,000 installations of this, I reckon having compatibility with them is pretty important. Can you please advise how we find out what the problem is so we can resolve it? Thanks

Thanks @ChampCamba. If I’ve been able to get it working by disabling NinjaForms, do you still think I need to go through this process? What I’d like is for both plugins to work. Cheers, John

So the issue went away as soon as you deactivated Ninja Forms?

Yes the issue was resolved as soon as Ninja Forms was deactivated.

I have since reached out to Ninja Forms and they came back with:

“Unfortunately since Ninja Forms functions normally without the Ultimate Member plugin, it is indicative of their code impacting the plugin. We are not able to trouble shoot another extensions code, as that’s out of our scope of support. The best thing we can recommend is to connect with their developers & see if they can remedy what’s going on.”

So what is the next step please to try and resolve this please?

There does not appear to be any errors being generated. I have installed the Error Log Monitor plugin and it is configured so that in the WP dashboard it is displaying without correctly, however there it is saying “The log file is empty”.

I have asked a question re this on the Error Log Monitor plugin support page, but assuming there is no error, where do we go to from here?

Does UM and Ninja Forms work if you disable JetPack? Most of the errors are coming from that plugin.
