How do I get the thumbnail to show up in Event listings page?

Hi,
Can you tell me how I can upload a thumbnail so it will show up on the event listings page? For example, in
https://demo.wp-events-plugin.com/events/
Under Event, there are thumbnails that appear before each event listing.
Thank you. I know it is a rudimentary question but after playing around with it a bit I still could not find how to do that.
