Woocommerce All Orders count is wrong.

  • Hello, we have made an install on a woocommerce travel agency website. The agency got this number of orders right now.

    All (17) | On Hold (1) | Completed (12) | To Call (3)

    If you notice total “ALL” orders are 17 but if you count On hold (1), Completed (12) and To Call (3) they sum up to 16 orders.

    What could be wrong? There are no orders in thrash, we have optimized database with WP-Optimize and emptied Cache.

    Hello,

    Have you ever used a customer order status plugin? All is the default view, so if they don’t add up there may be some orders with invalid or custom statuses which are not listed to the right.
