Plugin Riddle: Only Two Showed Up Out of 23

  • I changed theme yesterday to simple red theme and uploaded, and unzipped/unarchived 23 plugins from my file manager. Apart from the traditional Hello Dolly and Akismet, Only “Brian’s Threaded Comments”, “Show Top Commentattors” plugins showed up for activation on my “Manage Plugins” page (/wp-admin/plugins.php) from the dashboard.

    How do I resolve this plugins riddle.

    Any help would be appreciated, pls.
