Trying fix my custom shipping method with Shipping zones.
```
In constructor i have
$this->supports              = array(
			'shipping-zones',
			'instance-settings',
			'instance-settings-modal',
);
```
but when shipping method is added to shipping zone i see only error:

Undefined index: doprava in /data/web/virtuals/67899/virtual/www/domains/demo.toret.cz/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-shipping-zone.php on line 244

but i have second issue with shipping method.
Vat is calculated correctly for method, but in checkout total, vat missing.
In order is total without shipping method vat.

This is, how rate is defined:
```
$rate = array(
'id'       => $this->id. '>' .sanitize_title($item['doprava_name']),
'label'    => $doprava_name,
'cost'     => $dprice,
'calc_tax' => 'per_order'
		       );
```

Show your full code. When you define your class, you’re missing a key for the array. The doc above has a working example.

carlosbolanosmx you need to find out what plugin is causing it and disable it until updated by the developer!
