I also had the Paypal Pro problem where it didn’t accept CVC codes.

I upgraded to version 1.2.0 that you posted on github. It accepts payments now, but my woocommerce settings (example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings) just loads a blank page. If I disable the plugin, the woocommerce settings page works again.

I temporarily downgraded your plugin to 1.1.9.2 and the woocommerce settings were working again.

I did not see anything in the wordpress error_log that showed an error.

I have not had any other reports of this from others that updated manually, and I am not able to reproduce this problem on my test sites.

Can you check the general PHP error log on your server?

Can you try enabling debug mode in WordPress to see if you get an actual error instead of a blank white page?

I have checked the error_log with WP_DEBUG set to true. No error was produced on the settings page. Nothing was in the error_log after enabling.

Do you have an email I can send you credentials to check out?

Also, I downgraded back to 1.1.9.2 just now. Then I used the auto-upgrade feature in wordpress now that you have updated the repository to 1.2.0. The error persists.

I still haven’t seen any other reports of this as of yet, but I’m still going through some new tickets we have here so I’m not sure if anybody else has run into this or not.

If you want to submit a ticket directly and provide more details you can do that here.

What version of PHP are you running on your site?

    Php is 5.2.17

We just released an update that may help, but I can’t guarantee it. You really need to update your PHP version. 5.2 reached end of life a long time ago. In fact both 5.3 and 5.4 have now reached end of life as well. We simply cannot support PHP versions that old at this point.

That said, we did make some adjustments that may help. Please update and see if that works out. If not, you’re going to need to get your PHP updated.

Your host should be able to help you with this, but you’ll want to make sure and test your site on that PHP version prior to flipping the switch on your live site.

Got php upgraded to 5.6. Then updated to 1.2.1 of your plugin. Woocommerce settings page caused a 500 error and didn’t load at all. Deactivating the plugin caused the page to load.

So I uninstalled v1.2.1 of your plugin and manually installed 1.2. The woocommerce settings page was now working. I then upgraded automatically on the wordpress plugins page back to 1.2.1 and it is still working.

This issue is resolved. Thank you for the help.

    Glad to hear it!
