I haven’t tested it thoroughly but I’m liking the way it works.

One question: have you considered a way to upload files when a user submits a ticket? It could be useful for screenshots.

Uploading files is one of the major thing among many such, is in our todo list. Would love to add such feature in any future release inshALLAH.
