Format ignored for button definition with no text

I’ve checked the issue. Unfortunately it’s not easy to solve ( or at all ). For performance the plugin ‘caches’ the styling of the button in the shortest way possible. It’s possible to generate the styling on the front-end side, but this will cause a noticable slow-down of the page load.

Of course the last one is quite important. To get aroud it ( as you stated already ) I would recommed just to enter a single character in the button text ( like a – dash or so ) and everything will work quite well.
