In Pro, possible to export a custom field from a bookings form?

    Hi,

    I was wondering if there is a way in Pro to export a custom field from a bookings form? For example, I have created a custom field called “How did you hear about us?” in the bookings form, and would like to get that information exported to a CSV format so that I can later convert that into a registration check-in form to be printed out. Currently, when I go to export, I don’t see that custom field I’ve created as an export option. Your help is appreciated.

    Hi,

    I created this custom field from the Forms Editor => Booking Form – General Information, created a new booking form, then created a label called “How Did You Hear About Us?”, created “how_hear” under FieldID?, and “multiselect” under Type. Please let me know if you require more information, or if you can suggest a work-around so I can export the responses to this custom field. Thanks!

    that should work, did you set your custom booking form as default under Events > Forms Editor?

    Thank you, when I added that custom field under the Default booking form, that worked. I’ll do that, thank you!
