Do you have a folder named “de”?

yes i have this folder

This mistakes appeares only with german language. with others all works fine.

The folder de, if physically presents on your disk, prevents WordPress from working properly. The webserver starts looking for the files in that folder instead of launching WordPress’s index.php.

To fix the problem, you need to remove the de folder, or rename it.
