Number of columns not working right

My shortcode is this: [staff position=”administrative-staff” columns=”3″]
It is only showing 2 pictures with a lot of “white space” on the right. I’d like to display 3 pictures across. Picture sizes are 450 x 600. Do they need to be a different size to use the whole width of the page? See here: https://www.kostidesnew.skyboundtek.com/about-us/
