"Add Media" and short codes do not function

    I’m trying to write a post on wordpress but for some reason, the “add media” button no longer works. Additionally, I set up a timeline using Cool Timelines but the short code button for that doesn’t work either. What could be the issue?

    Please disable all plugins and switch to the twentysixteen theme. Does add media work? If so, enable things one at a time until find what breaks it.

    It still does not work. The media box opens but pictures do not appear on the page when I hit insert. The short code buttons still do not work.

    Switched browsers. Turns out WordPress does not work on Firefox but it does work on Chrome….

    are you on FF version 46? There’s some weirdness I’ve heard about that’s resolved in FF version 47.

    Unfortunately, this isn’t the case for this. I just updated to FF 47 and it’s still doing the same thing (aka doing nothing).
