Scrolling Gallery with Upload Capability

Can anyone tell me if there is a plugin where I can upload images from my files and create a gallery in my blog site? Also, I have been looking for a simple plugin with a horizontal image scroller. I found one that uses Javascript but can’t get it too work :-(.
