Just installed plugin but not showing images

  • Hi There,
    I’ve just installed the plugin, my account has been authenticated, I can see my profile is linked. I have customised the settings, then added the shortcode from the button in the toolbar. I’ve tried both shortcodes, neither work. I Have tested in both safari and chrome, nothing appears on the page with the shortcode. I downloaded the app today, so the latest version is installed, tried unlink and re authenticating, this didn’t help, please assist, thank You, Kerrie

    Hi,

    Before re authenticating, make sure you’re not connected to your instagram account.
    However, looking at the console of your website, there seem to be conflicts with CSS another plugin and theme.
