Installer fails after step 1

    Hi,

    I have come across this plugin which I think would be fantastic if I could get it to work. I build the package fine, create a new database on the new account, passes all the tests, but when I run the installer it simply stops after step 1. I assume it is trying to load a new script, but all I get is a

    The websiteaddress.com page isn’t working

    websiteaddress.com is currently unable to handle this request.

    I can see in PHPMyAdmin that it has created and populated the tables, and in I can see that it has extracted all the files using an FTP client, but I can’t get it to load anything.

    I have disabled Wordfence firewall, and WP Super Cache

    What am I doing wrong?

    Check the installer-log.txt file it may have some clues. If you continue to run into issues feel free to submit a support ticket (see help link in plugin) and I can help you look at the underlying issue…

    Hi Cory,

    Thanks for your message. There is nothing in the installer-log.txt that gives any indication of a problem, in fact the last line of it says:
    ********************************************************************************
    STEP1 COMPLETE @ 12:54:44 – TOTAL RUNTIME: 32.0079 sec.
    ********************************************************************************

    I’m not sure how to submit a ticket – is this through the pro version? I am happy to purchase the pro version, but I want to know that it will work first.
