No Error Message for Mis-Matched Password Reset

Just setting up your plugin and testing things out. As of right now, if I reset my password and type in a two mismatched passwords (new password & confirm password fields) there is no error message.
Also, when I do match the passwords there is no text or redirect whatsoever, just blank. Same trouble with login success, no message, no redirect.
