I have recently upgraded from 2.3.3 to 2.5 And i have noticed that on my dashboard i cannot see or modify the widgets. The only dashboard widgets that show up are the recent comments and popular plugins. All the others are showing the text “Loading…”.
Here is a screenshot of the problem: https://img100.imageshack.us/img100/3258/dashboardproblemnk2.png
I’m thinking it might be from a plugin.. does anybody have any ideas?

fixed it.. a file was missing in wp-includes wlwmanifest.xml i also uploded widgets.php in wp-includes. Works like a charm now.
Hope this will be helpful for somebody

Hi, I am experiencing the same problem that overdeath has described above.
I have gone in and confirmed that widgets.php and wlwmanifest.xl are in the wp-includes folder.

deleted/re uploaded. My dashboard widgets (besides latest comments) are stuck on “loading…”.

I get the following error in IE6:

    Line: 4
    Char: 2
Error: 'undefined' is null or not an object
    Code: 0
    URL: https://critaddict.shadyacres.co.nz/wp-admin/

does anyone have any insight with regards to this problem?

    bump
