admin bar is not showing

my admin bar is not showing. all plugins are deactivated. only comes a white admin area. after enabling debug option it says Notice: get_currentuserinfo is deprecated since version 4.5! Use wp_get_current_user() instead. in C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-includes\functions.php on line 3658
