Portfolio Categories not In Dashboard

Hi. I have two portfolios in my menu (dashboard) One has categories and one doesn’t , however the one (at the bottom) that does have categories that I set up through customize theme option, my site actually treats it as blog, and the one (at the top) doesn’t have categories and doesn’t even have the option to add any.

Also the second portfolio option (at the bottom with categories ) when you add a page/portfolio, the slug says alora-portfolio/ name of the page, so I’m even more confused, since I”m not sure why it adds allora and where do i find that page afterwards
