    Hello,

    I am unable to have the user when they are submitting the event show the option to add a product via woo commerce. I would like them to be able to do split payments but this does not exist.

    It was working a couple week ago I think. Now when I go to community settings and try to change things by clicking on the checkboxes and then save nothing happens. It seems I am unable to change any settings now.

    I have disabled necessary plugins to see if that was an issue. It is not. Thanks in advance!

    Thanks for getting in touch! Can you confirm that you’ve run through our conflict testing steps in their entirety for your site, including testing the plugin functionality with a WordPress default theme enabled? It’s possible that your site theme could be introducing conflicts even if your plugins aren’t, especially if you’ve updated anything or made any changes recently.

    Let me know what you should find out, and we’ll see what we can do to assist! ??

    Yes did this. Changed theme and disabled all plugins. Issue is still occurring. When I check boxes in the community setting it does not work. I cannot seem to change any options. What is next step for you to fix issue.

    Since doing that and trying to revert back to the old theme my entire site is messed up :/ Won’t go back to how it originally looked. Help.

    Doing your suggested to change theme and disable all plugins has messed up my site. It won’t go back to the normal look. It seems to still have WP 2016 theme still in background. I need help fixing please!

    I am now unable to go to the event page where the events are located. It automatically redirects to my home page of my website which is messed up. Please see:

    Do not want to have to wait a day again after I message you to fix this issue. Paid $550 for this plugin. Need better support please. Need to get this fixed.

    Sorry for your issues with The Events Calendar and Event Tickets and I apologize for us not bringing this up, but this is not the best place for support of our premium plugins and it is also against WordPress policy for us to support such plugins here.

    Now having said that there seems to be an issue with The Events Calendar 4.1.4 and savings not being shown as saved.

    We recommend downgrading to 4.1.3 for both The Events Calendar and Events Tickets to fix the issue for now.

    This process does not delete or change events or their settings, but it is a good idea to backup your site.
