What If I run out of Numbers?

Sorry, which settings are you referring to? This plugin has no settings. Simply put:

If you have no orders in your store, your orders will begin counting from order number 1 – If you have existing orders, the count will pick up from your highest order number.

So, if this is the case, yes the order number will continue above 10000.

Or perhaps are you talking about the Pro version of the plugin? The one found at https://www.woothemes.com/products/sequential-order-numbers-pro/ ?
