Ad Rotate Dynamic Mode Not Working

What’s not working about it? Where is your site?

This is a link where you can see the different groups (top and right) – https://newssourcegy.com/news/

Neither of which rotates. Only works on refresh.

In your sidebar the “advertisements” widget is rotating adverts just fine.
Along the top a whole bunch of adverts seem to rotate too.
