navigation arrow

Good morning! I got a little problem with the navigation arrows. On the back to top button it is missing and on the primary menue it shows up like: ‘chaotic pixels’ ( don’t know how to describe this one better >.< ). It’s like that with the browser I’m using. Using a different browser they’re all only missing. Hope to find a solution here. Thank you
