MyCaptcha

I have installed this plugin and get the following error when I try to comment:

“Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in /mounted-storage/home43a/sub002/sc32306-YRBZ/in-business.org.uk/blog/wp-content/themes/cutline-3-column-split-11/comments.php on line 12”

I have a feeling that I haveput the code in the wrong place – please help.
