Images not showing?

Hey there,

I know it might sound a bit stupid, but are you sure you have published the page? ?? And also make sure your front page is set to the page you just made. Navigate to Administration > Settings > Reading panel. Set Front page displays to a static page. In the drop down menu for Front Page select the page you just made. In the drop down menu for Posts page select “Blog” or the name you created, or leave it blank if you will not feature posts on the site. Save changes.

I restart my website again. Set my page name “home” as static home page. I’ve got images in the “home” page with the template set as “home”. But nothing shows up again..

Have you created the posts using the M4WP Portfolio plugin? The posts that are shown in the front page (home) are portfolio posts. Regular posts are not shown there.

(Sorry, this might be obvious, but it’s better to make sure. Process of elimination…)

Yes the portfolio page works.

I think I figured it out. I’ve just used full width instead of home template as home template seems to show nothing?

Also how do I get my images to be flushed? As in no gaps like your examples?

Your link won’t work to others as it is a local server.

Did you use the Featured Image option while creating your Portfolio item posts? You will need to upload a featured image it to show on the home page.

I think the problem you’re having should be solved by using featured images.

Thanks for your help, I’ve been away for a while. I managed to get them working. How can I adjust the image size displayed on the home page? I’d like to get them close to each other as well, is there a way to do this?

Also I’m not getting the hover effect you have in your demo version?
