Want 2 Sidebars on 1 Page (left sidebar right side bar)

Hey guys, So basically I am trying to add another sidebar to a template.php.
So far I have the extra sidebars made and can sidebar a widget on a template and use it.

I have tried countless plugins, and none come to the conclusion that I want.

However, I am not sure how to add two sidebars onto 1 page (a sidebar on the left and a sidebar on the right).

I believe this site had the same idea https://www.sitepoint.com/community/t/how-do-you-cause-a-div-to-float-in-the-center/6622 , but I am not sure where the coding goes, or how exactly.

Any help would be highly appreciated.
