New plugin release

@shirounagi, I noticed that this plugin has not been updated in a good while. An improved and updated fork of this plugin has been developed by Jonathan Daggerhart at https://github.com/daggerhart/openid-connect-generic

Would you consider either updating your plugin to include these changes or allowing Jonathan or myself to be a co-maintain your plugin here on www.remarpro.com to continue developing and enhancing it?
