How can I get Ultimate WooCommerce Brands to use Custom Fields

I have segmented all my products from a POS system with Brands as a Custom Field. How can I get Ultimate WooCommerce Brands to use Custom Fields so I dont have to resegment all of my products? Constantly new products are added in the POS system so it would be very convenient to have the Brands added automatically in Woo.
