FAQs disappeared with WP 4.5.2

  • When my site automatically upgraded to WP 4.5.2 all my FAQs quit working (using azure curve 1.5.1). My site relies heavily on this plug in for information sharing, so this is really a problem. Trying to figure out a resolution, but since Azure Curve is only good into the 4.4 versions of WP I think I will need to use a different plug in. WHy so far behind the curve, Azure????

    I’m late doing updates due to being very busy at work.

    I’ve not seen errors or problems with the plugin on my sites as WordPress has upgraded so didn’t feel a pressing need to updated the tested by flag.

    Are you getting any errors? Might be worth updating to 1.5.2 and resaving the settings and see if that either resolves the problem or shows an error message.

    The error I was getting was that when clicking on a toggle (my FAQs were all toggled to save space), nothing would happen, except a bounce to the top of the page. So, all of the info on my site that was in Q & A form was completely hidden/inaccessible. I’m glad you did an update, but since I just spent several hours reformatting/untoggling my website, I don’t think I will update and go through all the retoggling process!

    I don’t know why you didn’t see any errors, but I didn’t even know it was happening until a new client who wanted the information told me none of it was working. It wasn’t an error message, just a bounce to the top of the page without showing the (toggled) answers to the many questions I have in my FAQs.
