Media manager in 2.5

  • I get the following message in the first box under manage media
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: wp_get_attachment_image() in /home/content/j/a/y/jayzenner4/html/wp-includes/post-template.php on line 386

    If I try to access the gallery while writing a post I get this message
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: image_downsize() in /home/content/j/a/y/jayzenner4/html/wp-includes/post.php on line 2326

    I’ve done everything Otto42 suggested in a post on this two weeks ago including re-downloading wp-admin and wp-includes three times after deleting on the server using two different ftp programs. I’ve also updated the flash player. Same messages on IE7 and Firefox but the “pop-up” isn’t working correctly on IE. The whole window isn’t revealed and the scroll bar doesn’t work.

    Any ideas?
