• I have a strange issue. I have one customer who is a repeat customer. He always has a different shipping address than his billing address. WP-eCommerce records his address ok but it doesn’t get sent to Authorize.net Even if he doesn’t save his profile it should send it. Is there any testing I can do? I never noticed this as an issue until this customer used a different shipping address.

If this helps, his transactions do not getting recorded by Google Analytics. I looked in the wpsc_purchase_logs table by his userID. The last five transactions are missing a transactid and authcode. Yet they do show up on Authorize.net

Can anyone help? The reason the authcode is blanks is because we are manually accepting the transaction and adjusting the tax.

But for some reason this customer is the only one using CIM but always uses a different shipping address.

I checked with Auth.net support. They said the shipping info may not be sent correctly. Is there a way I can test what’s being sent? Again this is only happening when using a different shipping address. There is no option to save a shipping profile at checkout. Maybe this is why its blank?
