Email Subject

    Thanks for this great plugin, everything works but how do we include the email subject dynamically? Sample below:

    [contact-form subject='Feedback'][contact-field label='Name' type='name' required='1'/][contact-field label='Email' type='email' required='1'/][contact-field label='Comments' type='textarea' required='1'/][/contact-form]

    Email subject: Re: [AutoReply] {subject}

    I’ve tried above it appears as {subject}.
