Theme specific content not working after move to other domain

Hi. We have deveoloped a new wordpress site on a subdomain on a Plesk server.
Now the site is ready, and we are moveing the files, and DB to the root domain.
After changing the database references from the subdomain to the root, all content is available but the Onepirate theme modifications (even the logo etc) are all back to default.

Can someone please help me solve this?
