We keep seeing an error on our homepage after using the wordpress plugin update. At first the update got the site stuck in maintenance mode. After a few hours it then started showing these errors. Help!

    Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.

It looks like not all the files were transfered over when you installed the plugin.

I would deactivate and delete the plugin and then reload a fresh copy to see if that helps.

Although this process does not delete or change events or their settings. If you can it is a good idea to backup your site.

Let us know how this works out.

    Thanks

    Hi there –
Thanks for your help. It seems that our hosting company went and fixed is issue somehow. I’ll try to deactivate and delete the plugin before we update it again though to make sure this issue doesn’t happen again.

Excellent! Thanks so much for following up, @lizrose925. ??
