"Insert shortcode" is not working

    Hi,

    Thanks for this plugin.

    I have two questions:

    1) I followed the instructions but when I click on “email to download shortcode”, a window pops up and I select the file I have uploaded and click on “instert shortcode” but I get the message “Please select a download product” and noting happens.

    Can you please let me know what I am missing?

    2) I have pdf files that I link to at various locations in my blogs. I would like the reader to get an email with the link to download the pdf file after she/he clicks on the link in my blog and enter their name and email address in the popup window.

    Can I use the plugin in this case?

    Hi,

    I also have an error message as follows:

    Warning: extract() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given in /home/xxxxxxxxxx/public_html/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/wp-content/plugins/email-to-download/app/lib/dg-builder/builder_controller.php on line 36

    Hello Cking

    1. Could you please disable all other plugins and test again to make sure if this is not a conflict?

    2. Sorry, this is not possible yet but we have plan to develop an extension for this feature.

    3. We can’t replicate the issue in our end. What happens if your test in a fresh install?

    Thanks for getting back to me but I couldn’t wait and switched to another plugin “email before download”.
