    Is this a MultiSite WordPress env (probably not, but need to make sure) ?

    Hi dwinden,

    Not not a multisite. There is a custom theme but otherwise standard plugins.

    Cheers,

    Actually, the theme is a Pinboard child.

    @mickeydblv

    This could be a javascript issue. It seems the new UI relies a bit more on javascript. Check the browser javascript console for any errors.

    Hey Mickeydbiv,

    If the settings are missing, can you switch to a WordPress default theme and see if that helps?

    Thanks,

    Hi Garroald,

    I have a few dev servers I can do the upgrade on so I’ll check – thanks for coming back to me.

    @mickeydblv

    Does the issue persist after updating to the latest release (5.4.2) ?

    If the issue persists what browser/version are you using ?
    Try and clear the browser cache.
    Also try a different browser.

    I am facing a similar issue I posted on another thread here. Please help if you can.

    @gerroald

    Unbelievable, turning off Ad-Block in Chrome solved the problem. I never faced issues with Ad-block before. Something to look at maybe.

    @peeyushworks

    It looks like you found the right (unresolved) topic to update ??

    Thank you for your feedback regarding Ad-Block in Chrome. Much appreciated.

    I’m using Adblock Plus 2.7.3 in Mozilla Firefox 46.0.1 and cannot reproduce the blank Settings page issue.

    Can you be a bit more specific about versions instead of just mentioning “Ad-Block in Chrome” ? I’m unfamiliar with Chrome so don’t even know whether “Ad-Block” is a browser build in functionality or an added extension.

    @mickeydblv

    Perhaps using Chrome with an adblocker ?

    Hi, I’ve checked the same site in FF (46.0.1) and I can see all the panels that I couldn’t see in Chrome.

    I tried, as someone suggested, turning off my add blocker, ublock in chrome, but that didn’t work. I’ve tried incognito mode in Chrome, but no luck there either. So it appears to be an issue with chrome.

    @dwinden I’ve updated the version to 5.4.2 but no change in Chrome.

    Using Win7 64. Chrome: Version 50.0.2661.102 m / I see there’s an update coming down for Chrome now so I’ll do that and come back here after that.

    @dwinden

    Thanks for your reply. I am happy if my ramblings help others resolve the issue too. ??

    I am not sure about Firefox, but I use iThemes + AdBlock + Chrome pretty regularly without a fault. This new version threw me off guard a little. Here are the versions I have:-

    Google Chrome Version 51.0.2704.63 m (64-bit)

    AdBlock Version 2.57

    * AdBlock is a third party popular plugin for Chrome browser, it is not built-in.

    On Windows 10 Pro.

    Hi,
    Just created an account if I can help, I had the same issue and, as peeyushworks suggested it, disabling the adblocker fixed the issue.
    I use uBlock, and it appears that allowing requests sent to “s3.amazonaws.com” seems to fix it.
    Happy to provide more info to help identifying the issue.

    Edit: I’m using Firefox, didn’t try on Chrome.

    Hi, back after a reload/update of Chrome to: Version 51.0.2704.63 m. uBlock is off. No change ??

    At least I can see the settings page in FF and an update will resolve this I’m sure.

    Thanks
