Add Product Search Bar & 486 Banner to Header

1) I would like to add a Product Search Bar for my woocommerce products in the header, to the left of the site title.

2) I would like to add a 486X60 banner to advertise my “monthly photo contest” in the header, to the right of the site title.

How can I accomplish this?
