    I am looking for a plugin that’ll allow users to login and be able to upload files (and remove them if necessary)- each user can only access their files. Furthermore, the admin should be able to download the users’ submission and be able to upload files to specific users if necessary; is this plugin capable of that sort of functionality?

    What you require is beyond the scope of our plugin. Our plugin can only be used by the site admin/editors to upload downloads.
